About the Artist
Painting has always been my passion and hobby. I graduated with a degree in art and taught art in elementary - high school. After a long hiatus, I have picked up my brushes again. Never say never!
I work in Oil, Acrylic, and Mixed Media. I use a heavy handed technique utilizing paste and layers to create dimension, movement, and texture in my work.
My work is about the relationship between subject and texture. I aim to create art that goes beyond the canvas, transcending the boundaries of traditional painting. My passion lies in crafting heavily textured masterpieces that not only capture the eye but also engage the senses. Each piece is a symphony of colors and textures, meticulously crafted to evoke emotion and ignite the imagination.
